The registration for the next session for the U.S.A. Weightlifting Team Florida Orlando (TFO) youth weightlifting program is now open. The TFO youth weightlifting program is a one of a kind program in Central Florida which safely and effectively introduces youth to the use of weights in a closely supervised and controlled environment. Youth will see the benefits as the coaches introduce the need for speed and technique during the workouts.

This program is for GIRLS and BOYS. If youth are strictly weightlifter or they are using weightlifting to help them in another sport BOYS and GIRLS alike will see great benefits to include increased FLEXIBILITY, SPEED, STRENGTH, EXPLOSIVENESS, and MUSCLE ENDURANCE.

Our program implements key essentials to ensure youth are successful in the program.
-Close supervision by trained and certified coaches
-A strong emphasis on speed and technique
-Low emphasis on lifting as much weight as possible
-Providing a competitive program so youth can see improvement by the numbers
