Welcome to Team Florida Orlando (TFO)

Central Floridas premier weightlifting program for children, teens, and college age athletes:

TFO is Floridas largest U.S.A. Weightlifting club.  Over 100 competitive weightlifters, and those desiring the benefits of weightlifting to enhance their sports performance are members of TFO.   TFO was establised in 2007 and has a 65% female enrollment and 35% male enrollmment.  The TFO female team most recently won the 2011 School Age National Championship.  TFO is home to the nations #1 school age girls program.

Team Florida Orlando Weightlifting is a team comprised of Athletes from many sports including Dance, Basketball, Cheerleading, Football, Soccer and of course Weightlifting only athletes.
